Sometimes we have to do things we don’t like to do, or just don’t feel like doing. Otherwise, times we have particular work to do that we dread because we either don’t like it or fear that it won’t work. When our fears and doubts take over they prevent us from getting the work done. Therefore, creating a strategy list of how to deal with this is valuable when this happens, so you need to have a backup plan to get inspired before losing the fire from within!

One of the best strategies I suggest you need to consider is something as simple as changing your location. A simple change of scenery can change your whole attitude. Take your work outside or take your laptop to a coffee shop. It’s a similar effect as if you were having a bad day and your best friend pops in for a coffee or calls you, your mood changes instantly!
