I know it’s scary but I’m going to put it out there anyway, we are half way through February already! How many of you have started dropping the good habits you implemented in January, cmon let’s be honest, there are a few of us in this category?I just want to do a check in with everyone and make sure you all know what you want this year to look like? Have you set your mind in place what you had planned in your business for the first quarter of this year? Have you locked in that holiday you said you were going to take in 2015? Set the date when you will buy that new car? Or maybe you want to get your mind and body back on track, have you set your program in place to achieve this?

Below are the simplified key rules that can help set up your mind on your GOALS:

-Be clear on what you’d like to achieve.
-Determine whether you badly need it.
-Define the reward- what will you get when you achieved your goal.
-Visualise yourself enjoying it and enjoying the reward.
-Focus on your plans and work hard.
-Be consistent.

Whatever your desire. Make sure you write it down, plan for it, visualise it and then voice it to the ones close to you.

The starting point is what STOPS most people. Our intentions are always good but then all of a sudden when it comes to taking the first step we second guess ourselves and start the excuses because it’s all too hard.

NOW I am here to tell you this. The only things that are hard, are the things you give the power to and allow them to be hard.

Remember this, you are talented, everything is achievable, you can have it if you want it bad enough, you absolutely deserve it and you are totally awesome at what you do!

You just NEED to set your mind to it.
