Fix the frustration – You need to Clear the blockage!

Are you finding yourself getting frustrated and stressed lately? Are there situations that regularly causes frustration in your day?

These frustrations you are experiencing can actually be a significant indicator that a bottleneck exists. Look for the typical signs of bottlenecks, like backlogged work, people waiting, stock not arriving on time, unhappy customers and the dead give away. This stress being caused by tasks or processes that are not efficient and that don’t suit the way you do business anymore (especially if you can already see yourself that they could be being done better).

Here are simple effective steps to Overcome Frustration:

-Remind yourself of your future.
-Focus on the positive things happen and appreciate everything.
-Think of what you can do better.

Once identified, you need to address them as soon as possible (trust me, band-aids only hold for so long before they too add to the problem). It’s like unblocking a drain so the water can pass through efficiently.

There are two clear ways to unblock the bottleneck:

1.Review and increase efficiency in your processes
2. Decrease input into the steps that cause the bottleneck.

Reviewing your processes or implementing new ones can save you time and money by increasing efficiency as a result frustration will decrease. Effective processes and procedures can also improve the consistency of your products and services.

It’s important to be aware that long-term exposure to stress can also lead to serious health problems. Chronic stress disrupts nearly every system in your body. It can raise blood pressure, suppress the immune system, increase the risk of heart attack and stroke, contribute to infertility, and speed up the aging process (and nobody wants to do that). Long-term stress can even rewire the brain, leaving you more vulnerable to anxiety and depression.

Let’s get to it then, let’s fix the frustration and clear those blockages!!
